Terms and Agreement

This page (together with the documents referred to herein) tells you the terms and conditions upon which we will supply to you the products (Products) listed on our website www.dmsltdjm.com (our Site).  Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our Site or subscribing to one of our Services. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products or subscribing to one of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.


Our Site is only intended for use by people residing in Jamaica. We do not export orders to individuals outside the Serviced Country of Jamaica.

Order Process

After placing an order through our standard order form on our Website, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order (Acknowledgement). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your order has been accepted (Confirmation). For back ordered items in any order, it will be automatically ship out as soon as we receive the item in the order placed.  You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email once your back ordered items have shipped.  The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation. Note that the Acknowledgement and the Confirmation may be contained in the same email.

Price and Payment

Product prices and delivery charges, if any, are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation.  Please retain a copy of your receipt that shows each transaction processed.

Payment for all Products must be by NCB keycard, credit or debit card. We accept payment with Keycard, Visa and Mastercard. Only the first 6-digits and last 4-digits of the card number will be stored.  We reserve the right to change the payment methods we accept at any time.

Returns,  Store Credit and Warranty

- Items returned in original packaging will be applicable for store credit
- Items which are damaged or out of original packaging will not be accepted
- A 25% Restocking charge will be applied to items more than 30 days from invoice date
- Please make every effort to remit payment before or by the due date as late payments may attract a finance charge of
  3.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance
- As authorised dealer, Dental & Medical Supplies Limited will accept items to be returned to the manufacturer/ supplier for
  repair and return.
- Items under warranty will be at no cost for parts and labour. Customer will be responsible for shipping.


1. In-stock Merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 1 business day by Juss Call or Tara Couriers.

2. If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
